Using the natural crags on-site, our instructors are able to offer varying grades of single pitch climbs up to very severe to suit differing abilities from novices to the more experienced. Top class equipment allows us to cope with all sizes of visitors from 9 year olds up to the largest of adults. Instruction for novices begins with the right way to wear a harness and helmet and progresses through climbing calls to instruction on the rock culminating in an abseil. Maximum party size is 8 people.
Alternatively, qualified groups may use their own gear on the crags on-site. Use of the crag to residents is free of charge and although we have plenty to go round, booking is advised. Check availability Here Scout Groups will be expected to abide by POR. Sadly, due to health & safety measures in place, we are not in a position to be able to hire or loan out our own climbing equipment to groups for self-help. |
