Climbing and Abseiling
Details:
We do not have a climbing tower at Great Tower, instead we use the natural rock crags that appear on our site. We have three main crags for climbing, namely, Juniper Scar, Eagle Crag and Geans Crag.
We do not charge for use of the crags but we do ask groups to book their slots in advance as they are popular. Our H&S systems do not allow us to hire or loan climbing equipment to groups using our crags.
Instruction:
Instructed activity is available if pre-booked (and during the 6 weeks of summer on demand subject to availability) by a professional climbing instructor.
Price:
FOC per self-help session (1 hour)
Charges for instructed sessions: £88 for a group of 6 people for a half-day session. Price includes all equipment, helmets etc.
